TxSGS is excited to announce that our 2016 Family History Conference will be held October 28—October 30, 2016, in Dallas, Texas.

This jam-packed event includes valuable research opportunities, insightful family history sessions for all skill levels each afternoon, workshops for more in-depth instruction, and a full exhibit hall.

Conference Registration

Registration is now OPEN for our 2016 Family History Conference, which takes place October 28-30, 2016, in Dallas, Texas!

Pre-Conference Research Day

The Dallas Public Library and the Dallas Genealogical Society are hosting a FREE pre-conference Research Day on Thursday, October 27th.

With over 70 sessions from 35 speakers, there will be something of interest and benefit for everyone.

Featured Speakers

Our program features two extraordinary genealogy instructors—Judy Russell and Cyndi Ingle! These must-attend general session topics will be offered each morning before we break for a complimentary lunch.

Breakout Sessions & Workshops

Each afternoon attendees may chose from multiple hour-long breakout sessions with different speakers and topics every 90 minutes.

Conference attendees have the option to add any of 5 in-depth workshops on to their full 3-day or single day registrations.

Conference Venue & Lodging

The 2016 Family History Conference will be held at the Crowne Plaza Dallas Downtown. Conference attendees should book before October 15, 2016.
